Mr. Weitzman has been appointed as Arbitrator more
than 30 times by judges and lawyers with a power of judgment. Mr. Weitzman gives
services to US Law Firms assisting them in their cases regarding Israeli law and may also act as "Expert Witness"
in cases that require expertise in Israel Law, Israeli Legal Procedure and the Israeli business environment. The law firm was established in 1991 first in Israel and then in 2007 opened its California office
which is now the main office as Mr. Weitzman relocated to the San Francisco Area. Hadar Weitzman law firm has successfully
represented public companies as well as global software corporations in Israel, including Microsoft Corporation, Netvision,
Ackerstein, Industrial Buildings Corp (Mivnei Ta'asiya), Shaphir Engineering, and more. The firm won hundreds of cases
in Israeli courts including precedent cases before the Supreme Court. Mr. Weitzman is former Chairman of the Capital
Markets Committee of the Israel Bar Central and Tel-Aviv region. He is a former board member of the Israeli Governmental company
- Netivei Ayalon Ltd.- Israel's largest infrastructure company (a personal nomination by Benjamin Netanyahu). The Law
Firm works closely with Ministries and regulatory authorities such as the Israeli Securities Authority and the Israeli Tax
Authority.

Mr. Weitzman is active in the investment banking firm he co-founded with Mrs. Stephanie Weitzman: Hadar Weitzman Group Ltd., www.americaisrael.com , a representative of a number of leading global investment institutions and banks including: Bank of America, Carnegie Asset Management, Tremont Capital Management and Prosperity Capital. The Group works with all the Israeli institutional investors, including all the insurance companies, banks and pension funds. Recently it added the real estate department which syndicates US real estate investments for Israeli and European Institutional investors. |
